Instructions: HE (High Efificiency) washer: Use 1 Tablespoons directly in the drum before adding clothes (small/medium load). Standard washer: use 2 tablespoons. Hand washing: Dissolve 1 teaspoon in 1 liter of warm water. 

For heavily soiled loads, add bit more.
